These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by the Whitley County Farmers’ Market. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. About the Market

The Market hosts independent farmers, growers, makers and food producers at two locations in Whitley County, Kentucky. Vendors are independent businesses. They set their own prices, make their own product claims, and are responsible for their own goods and for meeting the licensing and food-safety rules that apply to them.

3. Market days and information on this site

We keep days, hours, locations and vendor listings as accurate as we can, but they change. Weather, the season and vendors’ own circumstances all affect who is at the Market on a given day, and we cannot guarantee that any particular vendor or product will be there. Our Facebook and Instagram pages carry day-of updates.

4. Using this site

You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy, republish or resell our content, scrape the site, or use it in any way that damages it or interferes with anyone else’s use of it.

5. Our content

The text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to the Whitley County Farmers’ Market, or to the vendors and photographers who provided them, and are protected by copyright. Vendor names and logos belong to those vendors. If you would like to use something, just ask.

6. Anything you send us

If you send us photographs, reviews or other material — by email, through a form, or by tagging us — you confirm it is yours to share, and you allow us to use it to promote the Market, with credit where we can. Tell us if you would like something removed and we will remove it.

7. Other websites

We link to vendors’ own pages and to other organizations. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

8. Newsletter

Signing up means you are asking us to email you about the Market. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

9. No warranty

This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not responsible for goods bought from vendors — those are sales between you and the vendor. See our Refund and Returns Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Whitley County Farmers’ Market is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
